About the Job

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization at Horizon3.ai. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong focus on building high-quality, diverse pipelines in a competitive market. Your primary customers are our hiring managers, and your mission is to ensure we hire exceptional talent quickly and thoughtfully as we scale.
You’ll drive recruiting strategy end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing. This includes developing creative strategies to identify and engage top cyber and non-cyber talent, as well as continuously evaluating and rebuilding recruiting processes that are no longer serving the business.
You’ll also help shape how we recruit as a company, bringing ideas, data, and creativity to improve our processes and outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment — a recruiter who is both strategic and hands-on, excited to build from scratch, experiment, and play a key role in shaping the future of our team.
Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. You will not be penalized for redacting or removing this information.
