Develop commercial strategies to optimise category performance, including NMV, profitability, stock cover and sales growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align trade plans with seasonal priorities, long-term objectives and budgeted sales targets.
Deliver quarterly SWOT analysis with actionable recommendations to support category growth.
Build balanced and commercially relevant ranges across core product and newness, informed by customer insights and trend direction.
Collaborate with Design and Planning teams to forecast demand, optimise inventory and support replenishment strategies.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs and terms, and drive performance, quality and sustainability outcomes.
Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to align product assortment with brand messaging, campaigns and promotional activity.
Maintain a strong understanding of the brand, customer persona and market landscape to inform decisions.
Lead, coach and develop direct reports, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
