Provide fast, effective, proactive onsite and remote IT support.

Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, from procurement to maintenance.

Proven experience in IT support.
Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience with security tools like SentinelOne, Zscaler, InTune, and JAMF.
A strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems.
A solid understanding of network infrastructure.
Experience in IT and Hardware Support in warehouse or distribution centre environments
