Developing React components Designing and improving the UI of Tailor PF *There is no clear separation between front-end and back-end roles, and depending on your interests and skills, you may also be involved in back-end development. <開発環境> ・ミドルウェア Cloud Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, Okta, Tailor Platform ・監視 Datadog ・環境構築関連 Docker, docker-compose, Terraform ・データ解析関連 Cloud logging ・言語 TypeScript, GO, CUE, cel-go ・フレームワーク等 Next,js, Playwright, vitest ・そのほか GitHub Copilot, WebStorm, GoLand フロントエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上 React, TypeScript,Next.jsでの開発経験 標準化やOpenSourceプロダクトの開発経験 テックリード（リードエンジニア）として技術面からチームを牽引した経験 Individual Contributorとしてのスペシャリスト経験 リモートワークでの業務が可能な方 ※役割によっては英語でのWritten Communication(Read/Write)スキルが必要となる場合がありますが、技術力とのバランスを見て適切なアサインをさせていただきます。語学力がノックアウトファクターにはなりませんのでお気軽にご応募ください。 More than5 years+ of experience as a front-end engineer 5 years+ of experience in React, TypeScript, etc. Experience in standardization and OSS activities Experience in working as a Tech Lead/ Manager Working experience as an Individual Contributor Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2) Availability to WFH ビジネス英語 Work experience in backend development using Go and other technologies related to microservices Strong Japanese written and verbal communication skills 知的好奇心を高めることが好きな方 当事者意識を持ち、セルフスターター志向で物事を推し進めていける方 オープンマインドで建設的なフィードバックができる方 ntellectually curious Self-starter orientation to keep things moving forward.
