We are seeking a driven Australian Sales Manager to expand our domestic footprint. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work directly with fleet operators to demonstrate the compelling commercial and environmental benefits of the Janus conversion.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new fleet customers across Australia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the transport and logistics sector.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery capabilities.

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the transport, heavy vehicle, or energy sectors.
A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly.
A hunter mentality with the resilience and drive to succeed in a scale-up environment.
