10+ years' experience leading acquisition, performance or growth marketing within fast paced digital businesses.
Proven success managing multi channel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing and SEO.
Strong commercial acumen with experience optimising marketing investment through data driven decision making and experimentation.
Demonstrated experience leading affiliate partnerships and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Advanced analytical capability with experience using platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to generate actionable insights.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to deliver cross functional initiatives.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high performing teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
