We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Earlier this year, we launched ElevenLabs for Government, and are now looking for an exceptional product marketer to help us scale this story into global government and public sector markets.
Government agencies everywhere are being asked to answer more calls, in more languages, with the same amount or less staff. ElevenAgents resolves support, cuts hold times, and reaches people who cannot navigate a website or sit on a phone line. This role is to help us shape these capabilities into every market where governments serve citizens by voice.
Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government
Scale the narrative across regions: National and Local government in the UK, EU, Federal, State and Local in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and more
Anchor everything in citizen outcomes: non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing and permitting, and more
Position our solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and the security and data residency mandates
Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces
Required Skills & Abilities
You are an experienced product marketer who has scaled messaging into Government and Public Sector segments, from a growth or product marketing seat, ideally both
You've sold or marketed into more than one segment of public sector
Technical enough to become our internal expert on conversational agents: latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
You take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside
