Strong product management experience, with the ability to take complex opportunities from an ambiguous problem through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement
Strong product discovery skills and an ability to understand complex workflows, uncover underlying problems and translate them into clear product opportunities
A practical understanding of AI, automation and agentic technologies, with the judgement to recognise where they can create meaningful business value
Experience partnering with Data, AI, Engineering or other technical teams to turn business problems into scalable product solutions
Strong systems and process thinking, with an ability to connect the dots across people, processes, data and technology
Experience using experimentation, data and qualitative insights to prioritise opportunities and make effective product decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and bring people with you through change
Commercial and operational judgement, balancing business value, user experience, scalability, delivery complexity and risk
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
