Key Responsibilities
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Required Skills & Abilities
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
Bias toward shipping
