As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Active involvement in touchpoint strategy preparation and providing input
Media plan preparation aligned with the agreed strategy (META, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Sharing asset specifications and delivery template
Acting as a point of contact for urgent client requests, together with the manager
Generating naming conventions / preparing trafficking sheets for applicable touchpoints
Delivering assets to the team, and overseeing proper campaign implementation
Delivering reports to the client, and providing optimization feedback
Support the activation team with campaign setup during peak periods, if needed.
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 
Fluency in English
3+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Eagerness to work directly from Poland
