You bring 12+ years of progressive experience in payer sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within health tech, provider services, care delivery, or value-based care.
You have deep experience selling into health plans, particularly Blue Cross Blue Shield regional plans, and understand how to navigate complex payer organizations and decision-making processes.
You have a track record of closing multi-million-dollar payer partnerships and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
You’re both a strategic operator and hands-on closer—comfortable setting the GTM strategy and personally driving a critical deal across the finish line.
You’ve helped take a payer GTM motion from early traction to meaningful scale, building the processes, relationships, and teams required along the way.
You have strong executive presence and know how to build multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders across complex organizations.
You thrive in high-growth environments: self-directed, resourceful, fast-moving, and energized by building through ambiguity.
Experience with value-based or risk-aligned partnerships is a strong plus.
