Must live in the state of Oklahoma
Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
