Bring deep business process management expertise, including process mapping, BPMN 2.0 and continuous improvement, with experience using process modelling platforms such as SAP Signavio.
Work flexibly from our Sydney office, partnering with teams across Technology, Risk, Data and the wider business.

Extensive experience in business process management, business analysis or a related discipline, with the ability to work across complex organisations.
Strong business process analysis, mapping, design and improvement capability, including impact analysis and performance monitoring.
Experience applying BPMN 2.0 and using process modelling platforms, ideally SAP Signavio or a comparable enterprise process management tool.
A strong understanding of how business process management connects with enterprise architecture, risk management, data and technology.
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to identify root causes and improve business outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, with an ability to turn complexity into clear and practical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills, including the confidence to influence and collaborate with people across different functions and levels.
Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
Project management experience would be valuable.
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
