Will require travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, which may include overnight stays.

4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role. Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred 
Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies 
2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products
2+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering senior management, day-to-day users of our software 
Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
German fluency
Experience using AI or automation into CS workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements.
Experience creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks
Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment
