Flow Controller

This role oversees the smooth operation of the automated equipment during production; from setting up the equipment to analysing data to provide improvement areas. Use Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Production Control Systems (PCS) to ensure that machine statuses are active and correctly set up.

Identify and, when possible, anticipate conveyor jams. Notify engineering if needed and ensure balanced box flow.

 
Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment.
Proficiency in using computer software and systems.
Problem-solving skills and the agility to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communications skills and ability to positively collaborate across teams and departments.
