This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reporting to the People Operations Lead.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on People-related queries, providing clear, consistent guidance on policies and HR processes in line with ANZ legislative requirements.

At least 3 years' experience in an HR operations, People services, or HR generalist role, including hands-on coordination of employee lifecycle processes.
Working knowledge of Australian and NZ employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
Experience working with an HRIS (Workday experience highly regarded).
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine service orientation.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive collaborator who thrives on taking ownership of projects and delivering practical, scalable solutions.
