Someone who has proven experience working within consumer-facing product teams, and a good understanding of the differing analytical approaches we may use at each stage of the consumer’s lifecycle. 
Experience overseeing experimentation programmes and practices that inform product or business decisions. 
A good understanding of methods for statistical inference (e.g. Bayesian, Frequentist) and familiarity with predictive analytics techniques is highly beneficial.  
Working knowledge of common analytics tools used for tracking and analysing user behaviour, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. 
The ability to articulate complex analytical solutions to stakeholders and influence them 
Experience in planning and delivering analytical projects in a cross-functional environment. 
Demonstrable experience in mentoring and leading other analysts towards collective goals.  
Proficiency in SQL and Python, coupled with knowledge of ETL processes and foundational data engineering principles.
