5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts, with a track record of building automation without code.
Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes.
Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical.
High attention to detail and a habit of documenting configuration changes so they stay maintainable.
Able to run multiple support requests and project work in parallel, and open to picking up admin work on other GTM tools as the stack requires.
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience with change management and release processes, including sandboxes and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
Hands-on admin experience with Gong, Apollo.io, or similar GTM tools.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $145,000 to $171,000.
