Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, finance operations excellence, process improvement consulting, intelligent automation, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of finance operations processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
Practical knowledge of relevant technologies, including:
GenAI and Agentic AI
OCR/IDP
RPA
Process and task mining
Workflow automation
Finance analytics
Proven knowledge of Business Process Management, including building process inventories and L3/L4 process documentation.
Understanding of finance controls, data quality, auditability, privacy, and risk in automated or AI-enabled processes.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, Engineering, Technology, Risk, or Compliance.
Experience in e-commerce, travel, technology, fintech, or other digital-first industries.
Experience implementing AI use cases specifically within Finance, Accounting, or Controllership.
Professional qualifications or certifications in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Process Excellence, Data, or Technology.
