You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
You have 7+ years of relevant experience in partnership marketing & business development.
You are entrepreneurial and able to work independently/take ownership.
You understand how to summarize complex concepts and craft win-win strategies with partners.
You enjoy working with analytical people in data-driven businesses.
You have impeccable attention to detail, taking end to end ownership and quality control in all projects.
You have the ability to communicate with partners as needed with little to no oversight.
You put the customer front and center. Customers can be a traveler, a partner, or even a colleague. You ensure that work centers around solving their pain points.
You seek feedback. You have a growth mindset, are comfortable soliciting thoughts from others, and are curious to learn from a spectrum of perspectives.
You balance exploration with execution. Exploration and execution are both key to building innovative experiences. You understand when it’s time to explore and when it’s time to deliver.
You work well cross-functionally and are able to communicate effectively with others of varying backgrounds and areas of expertise.
