As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director who will:

PHP Expertise :6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack PHP web development and web application architecture.
Frameworks: Proficiency with modern PHP MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, or similar).
Database & SQL: Strong experience with relational database design, query optimization, and SQL development (particularly MySQL).
Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end libraries/frameworks (jQuery/Bootstrap).
API Integration: Proven expertise building and consuming third-party RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Demonstrated experience writing unit and integration tests to ensure reliable code delivery.

Self-Direction & Ownership 
Background or experience in advertising technology, media planning, or ad-trafficking systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
