Strong foundational knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety
Licensed with the appropriate board: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR), or equivalent depending on location
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Completion of an accredited MRI or radiologic technology program
At least 2 years of clinical work experience
Ability to independently perform and accurately complete MRI examinations in accordance with clinic practices and procedures
Proficiency running advanced MR studies independently
Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Strong patient care skills, including the ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new protocols and technology
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude and professional presentation
Pride in your work and ability to critically assess image quality
