Production Lead

As a Lead Production Associate, you will guide and coach your team on the production line to ensure maximum productivity and safety. Working alongside your colleagues, you'll model best practices for GMP, SQF, and PPE policies while collaborating closely with supervisors.

Guide and instruct team members on tasks like assembly and single-piece flow.

Foster positive employee relations through respectful communication.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
Strong time management skills to keep the team on task and meet deadlines.
Clear and diplomatic communication style.
Basic math proficiency (fractions, multiplication, etc.).
High school diploma/GED and ideally 1+ year of related experience.
Full-time status with varied shifts; overtime may be required.
Must be 18+ years old and able to read/write/speak English.
Commitment to working full shifts (no partial shifts).
