In this role, you'll:
Architect and prototype scalable, high-performance solutions using modern technologies.
Experiment and iterate on new product ideas, leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging tech.
Lead technical direction, guiding and mentoring engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner cross-functionally to align prototypes with business opportunities and strategic goals.
Mentor a group of software development engineers across US and India
Communicate technical vision and results clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

15+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles within innovative, fast-paced environments.
Applied fraud detection and governance framework experience.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLMs with experience deploying models or AI-driven projects.
Demonstrated success designing large-scale, high-performance architectures across AWS & Azure
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven ability to drive technical direction.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go).
Experience with both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Spring, SpringBoot) development.
Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and their tradeoffs.
Experience contributing to open source or tech innovation communities.
Track record of rapid prototyping and iterative product development.
Exposure to distributed systems and high-reliability platforms.
Knowledge of risk management best practices in experimental projects.
Experience working with global teams and remote-first environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.
Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate technology trends.
Background in engineering and technical architecture roles.
