We are seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead a team of engineers within our Security Products Engineering group. This role will have a strong focus on delivering effective and reliable cybersecurity products and systems. This includes strategy, leadership, technical guidance and building engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for developing people and cultivating a strong engineering culture.
This role reports to the VP of Engineering for Security Products and is expected to work with peers to drive results and improvement in alignment with the group’s strategy.
Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.
Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals.
Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices.
Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
