2+ years experience in closing role
1+ years selling SaaS products
Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role, with a track record of selling SaaS or DBaaS
Experience, passion and success in outbound prospecting 
Strong sales acumen and a general interest in the businesses you work with 
Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation (bonus to have)
AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling
Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes
Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition

The OTE range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $147,000-$176,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The
