Identify and research potential new hotel partners in target regions across Japan.
Proactively reach out to hotel owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Present Agoda’s value proposition and negotiate commercial terms to onboard new hotels.
Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring their properties are set up for success and go live on Agoda’s platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide market insights and best practices to help partners maximize their performance on Agoda.
Track and report on acquisition activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Bilingual in Japanese and English: Able to conduct business communication effectively in both languages. 
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales 
Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions 
Autonomous and result driven
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
