Required Skills & Abilities
7+ years of progressive software development experience, with a proven track record of designing and building Apple (macOS or iOS) features using Swift.
Deep expertise with Apple (macOS or iOS) software environments, including design and performance optimization, security considerations.
Proven expertise in advanced debugging and performance optimization using Xcode, LLDB, and Instruments to resolve complex memory issues and concurrency bugs.
Experience in fast-paced agile environments, with a strong understanding of CI/CD and automated testing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence technical direction.
Proficiency in leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the development lifecycle.
Cross-Platform context with strong conceptual understanding of Apple (macOS or iOS) security features.
Security Domain Expertise such as Cryptography, endpoint security concepts (e.g., Secure Enclave, Device Management/MDM protocols, and endpoint detection).
Understanding of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies (e.g., FIDO, OIDC/OAuth, or similar modern authentication frameworks).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure coding practices, and certifications like CISSP or Security+.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
