This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Penrose, Auckland and reporting to the Head of HR Operations.

Lead the effective implementation of HelloFresh Group HR strategies and procedures across the site.

A minimum of 3 years' HR & recruitment experience in a warehouse, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of NZ employment relations and local labor legislation.
Relevant Human Resources degree or equivalent qualification.
 Knowledge  of workday and HRIS desirable,  proficiency in Google Workspace needed.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Highly energetic, committed, and flexible with a hands-on, autonomous approach to change.
Principled with high levels of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
