Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) offering including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, IPS and new platform initiatives and working closely with Secure Web Gateway and Cybersecurity teams in alignment with company objectives and customer needs
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success
Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations
Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
Proven track record in product management with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions
Technical proficiency with Firewall, IPS, DNS, SSL/TLS inspection,Proxy Architecture, SWG, and HTTP/S at scale
Deep understanding of SSE and SASE market landscape. 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
Experience leveraging AI/ML models to enhance automated malware detection, threat intelligence, or real-time security analytics
Direct familiarity with cloud-based security solutions, specifically Zscaler's architecture and offerings
Master’s degree or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
