6+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at a reputable law firm.
Law degree from a top law school, and excellent academic credentials.
Deep practical knowledge of major international privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, PIPA, APPI, DPDPA, PIPL).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in building trust, forging collaboration and influencing cross-functional partners; thriving in an open, matrixed and culturally diverse environment.
Strong strategic and commercial risk calibration skills.
A data privacy qualification, CIPP or equivalent or at least willing to obtain one shortly after joining the company
Legally qualified in either Singapore, England or another common law jurisdiction.
Practical, solution-oriented approach to legal advice.
Experience working in a tech company or with technology-driven products.
