3 Best Things About the Job
Shape digital media strategy at scale: Lead digital planning across display, video, social, online publishers and other digital channels.
Turn insight into business impact: Use audience behaviour, consumer insights, competitive intelligence and campaign data to guide investment decisions and improve outcomes.
Lead through collaboration: Work with client, strategy, activation, performance and other internal teams to bring digital media plans to life.

In 3 months: Build a strong understanding of the client’s business priorities, audiences, category dynamics, media history, planning processes and key stakeholders. Review existing digital plans and begin contributing to strategic planning recommendations.

In 12 months: Own the digital planning agenda for the portfolio, strengthen planning quality and rigour, improve the connection between audience insights, strategy, investment and measurement, and become a trusted senior partner for clients and internal teams.
