Minimum 3 year of experience in account management within an advertising agency. 
Familiarity with ATL ad concepts, which encompass all potential touchpoints with the customer, creating a comprehensive marketing experience. 
Ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the advertising world. 
Fundamental knowledge of managing campaign projects, creating schedules, and preparing cost estimates. 
Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level. 
Advanced proficiency in Polish or native speaker level. 
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup; our office is located in Warsaw.
