ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
Required Skills & Abilities
7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
Experience selling to financial services institutions (banks, insurers, lenders, fintech and payments) is a strong plus
Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, digital), and to risk and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
Adept at deeply understanding a customer's business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs' capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross-functional partner
Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level, and willingness to travel frequently and proactively for onsite client visits and conferences
Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.
