FSQA Manager (12 month FTC)

Join our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team on a 12 month FTC and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across our operations. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate comprehensive UK FSQA reports, including monthly summaries, a weekly FSQA newsletter (GMP, Ice, Destructive Testing, System Compliance), and routine KPI updates.

Document Control Management: Own and maintain the UK Document Control process.

Proven experience in a quality/ compliance role within food & beverage or similar industries.
Proven track record of experience in a people management role, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively!
Proficiency in using quality management software or tools for data analysis and reporting
Experience HACCP Level 3 & Food Safety Level 3 Degree in food science, food technology or a related field preferred 
Proficiency in using G-Suite Software
Proven experience in managing direct reports and line management responsibilities 
Confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
