You will work remotely from Bulgaria and will be reporting to an Engineering Director.
Required Skills & Abilities
You have 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
You have deep software development skills in at least one systems development language, such as Java, Go, C++, or Python.
You have experience with modern technology stacks with a passion for building scalable, highly available customer-facing cloud applications.
You have experience in a technology that you're personally excited about, such as distributed systems, systems automation, and cloud technologies.
You like to dive in, learn new things, and want to build outstanding products.
Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
Proficiency in English is required.
Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
