Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of biopharma experience with at least 5+ years of oncology Marketing experience, including US product or indication launch experience. NSCLC Marketing and/or sales experience preferred
Highly experienced in personal promotion tactics, creative campaigns, market research (including testing of messages / promotional materials), message development, tactical planning, and HCP / sales force engagement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate across organization
Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, meeting dynamic timelines, scenario planning, organizational socialization, and responsibly managing budgets
Successful track record of cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
Annual Salary Range
$220,000—$250,000 USD
