Learning Disabilities Support Worker - Chippenham

PAY RATES (Hourly): Days £16.81 / Nights £18.91 / Weekends £21.01

Shifts - Days 06:00-10:30 and 13:45-21:00. Nights 21:00-06:00 waking nights & sleep nights.

You should be flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Deliver person-centered care within the client’s own home. 
Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions.

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can commit to delivering care without exception. To join our team, you’ll need: 
12 months UK-based experience in a community setting. 
Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.  
Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.  
Strong personal values and ethical standards.  
Dedication, commitment and stability.  
A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
