Support the planning team with media costings, calling vendors, reviewing contracts and IOs to ensure they match our budgets
Responsible for campaign maintenance, entering media into prisma, trafficing all media assets  
Filling in tactical planning report for the finance team
Active involvement in budget control reports in a supporting role, and client billing
Effectively work with our internal teams to ensure that client activity is in good order
Assist with media buy briefs, purchase authorizations and CPE set up with finance
Assist with Post campaign reporting
Detail, accuracy and mathematical competency a must
Strong computer skills with a particular emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage and meet multiple demands within tight timelines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work well in group environment, but still able to work independently
Desire to develop and excel in their media career and a passion for all things media
Post-secondary diploma, specialization in Marketing and/or advertising an asset
College or University education preferred
Internship/Co-op in a related field is an asset
