5+ years of technical program management, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency and change management, and managing a portfolio of subcontractors or projects in deployment or field delivery.
Experience working with subcontractors across countries, regions or time zones, and working familiarity with statements of work, purchase orders, contracts and budgets.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams, and explaining technical concepts clearly to executive, technical and customer audiences.
Comfort making sound decisions in fast-moving situations with incomplete information, and bringing clarity and calm when issues escalate.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building practical, scalable delivery practices that improve program execution and customer outcomes across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems or equivalent practical experience; a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
