7+ years of product design experience on complex B2B or data-heavy products including flows that are hard to automate
Experience across the full design process, from user research and prototyping through interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
A portfolio that shows simple solutions to complex problems, strong product judgment, and an eye for detail
Confidence with technical concepts, including a working knowledge of semantic HTML, accessibility principles, and design systems
A track record of forming a point of view, adjusting it quickly as new information arrives, and moving cross-functional partners without formal authority
A low-ego, team-first approach: curious, open to feedback, and invested in the people who spend their whole workday in your product
Experience designing for fintech, financial services, or other regulated domains
Experience at an early or growth-stage startup
Hands-on experience building with AI-assisted design or coding tools
A degree in design or a related field

 
Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!
This position has a base salary range of $165,000 to $215,000.
