J.D. from an accredited institution with outstanding academic credentials
Admission to a State Bar within the United States
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working for a top tier law firm. In-house experience is a plus.
Demonstrated legal expertise in M&A, securities law and corporate governance.
Extensive experience in managing complex M&A transactions, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of corporate and securities laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem solving abilities and organization/prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a team and in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
