Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; 
Payroll Experience: 5+ years of global payroll experience, including working with third-party payroll providers, are required.
Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and international payroll compliance requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office, with experience in payroll software systems. Experience with the implementation of payroll software systems.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy in payroll processing.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and collaborate effectively with various teams.
Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple payroll cycles, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player Mentality: Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-driven approach to challenges. A desire or willingness to expand knowledge to new areas/geographies.

As a key member of the Global Payroll team, you will collaborate with global finance, HR, and payroll service providers to enhance payroll processes and ensure timely and compliant payroll execution.
