You will leverage prior enterprise application experience — including exposure to NetSuite environments — to evaluate complex technology landscapes and guide clients toward scalable, future-ready solutions.
This role is advisory-first. It is not focused on system configuration. Instead, you will help executive stakeholders determine whether challenges require process redesign, operating model change, system optimization, architectural evolution, or alternative technology solutions, and translate strategic direction into pragmatic, executable roadmaps.
5+ years of experience in technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation within a professional services environment.
Participation in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations (functional lead or core team member), providing practical understanding of ERP constraints and opportunities.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, manufacturing accounting.
Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessment and strategy engagements.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes before prescribing solutions.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping direction without a predefined answer.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving multifaceted issues.
A strong track record of effectively communicating intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
