About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced mental health clinician and leader with a passion for clinical care, quality, supervision, and management to serve as a clinical quality supervisor for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. It not only helps to avoid re-hospitalization, but its availability within our services ensures these members have direct access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services once they are stabilized.

You’ll conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. You’ll conduct psych urgent care individual sessions as needed, which consists of risk and safety assessments and developing stabilization plans. An important note: Clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care–an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.
Clinical supervision and management: You will help train, manage, and supervise a team of ASW therapists utilizing CBT, DBT, ERP and other evidence-based practices to support vIOP clients through our innovative video therapy platform.
