2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in the Philadelphia Metro expansion regions, including PA and NJ.
Experience in healthcare, pediatric, or behavioral health clinic operations.
Hands-on experience with new site openings, office relocations, or punch-list inspections.
