Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy in PA as an LCSW
5+ years of clinical operations leadership experience in a behavioral health setting, with proven depth as a Manager, Associate Director, or Director.
Experience managing managers: Proven track record of leading, coaching, and evaluating clinical site managers/supervisors.
Direct clinical background with a dedicated focus on pediatric, adolescent, and family mental health.
Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain multi-site or remote therapist teams in a growing environment.
Dual licensure across multiple Blackbird active markets (PA, VA, NJ, MD).
Experience leading hybrid operations (balancing remote telehealth and on-the-ground clinic sites).
Background in developing formal clinical onboarding frameworks and continuing education tracks.
