Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management
Make the build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code calls, with a bias toward maintainable, flexible design over short-term fixes

Own the system design and integration of the tools surrounding Salesforce - Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake - as one coherent architecture, connecting disconnected point solutions
Lead data migration and platform integration work, ensuring data integrity across systems
Maintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)
Work directly with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements, objectives, and processes
Establish the controls, documentation, and governance that make the system auditable and durable
Bring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems
Have 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environments
Hold Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a strong plus
Have deep, first-hand command of Salesforce architecture - its capabilities, its constraints, and where the platform breaks at scale
Have implemented and maintained QTC / CPQ solutions end to end
Have led data migrations and integrated Salesforce with financial and commercial systems (Stripe and similar)
Are fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows, and have a point of view on where they belong in a commercial stack
Have working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse
Have a track record of scaling Salesforce implementations - and can point to systems you built that held up as the business grew

New York Pay Range
$150,000—$170,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission, and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
