Client Ownership
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Ensure client expectations and service deliverables are consistently met
Identify and resolve risks and issues, and capitalize on opportunities for improvement
Monitor billing and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely processing and follow-up
Support reconciliation of billing, payments, and account balances
Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve outcomes
Manage enterprise billing and AR teams to align priorities and workflows
Build and execute efficient work queue management and account assignment
Own new provider setup and maintenance as needed
Prepare and review reports on billing performance, payments, and AR trends
Analyze data to identify issues and implement improvements
Provide insights to clients and internal leadership
Review client systems and workflows to identify & solve gaps or inefficiencies
Recommend and support implementation of process improvements
Help drive consistency and operational best practices across accounts

Experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare operations
Strong understanding of billing, claims follow-up, and accounts receivable processes
Experience working with client systems and internal RCM platforms
Familiarity with EHR or practice management systems (e.g., Epic preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Pay Range
$100,000—$150,000 USD
