Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end process for M&A transactions, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess the strategic fit of potential targets.
Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities.
Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to support investment recommendations.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, operations, and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Assist in the planning and execution of post-merger integration efforts, ensuring the realization of projected synergies.
Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Ideally 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated sell-side experience executing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Strong financial, research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
